Woodland Park / Olimpia Valley

The new book is going really well. I'm halfway through chapter nine now. I haven't written much this last week because I've been out and about gallavanting. This week is another weird one, because I'm working for three days and then going away for the next three so not much writing again, I'm sure. Next week everything calms down again so I'll get back to a more normal routine again. The story is really taking shape in my head now. For some reason I'm having difficulty bringing in one of the main characters. I'm sure it'll happen when it's meant to, though.

New Book, New Photos

I've started work on the new Olimpia Valley book. I don't know why I'm linking you to that old version of the book because the new is much more mature - the characters have all grown up so much. I've completed the first three chapters so far (plus a prologue that does need a little more work). Work on Chapter Four begins this afternoon. I hope to get Chapters Four, Five and Six completed by the weekend.

Finally, the The Mammoth Book of Celtic Myths and Legends book I ordered has arrived. So I'm going to get inspired by that during the next week and so will probably start work on SOUL MATES VOLUME IV some time soon.

I have decided I don't use this Journal enough and so am linking it more closely in with my writing site. Therefore, I should update at least once a week with news on what I'm writing, how it's going and all that business.
